History: Named after his speed, Swiftstar is son of Onestar and an unknown she-cat. Made deputy after soon learning the territories and visiting the Moonstone as often as possible. He was an excellent scout as a young apprentice and was quickly assigned the rank of warrior.

As a kit he was always curious about things and most of his Clanmates said he would have made a fine medicine cat, but Swiftstar disagreed with them. He wanted much more then to tend to another cat's wounds. Swiftstar wanted adventure and excitement, but didn't always get his way. Finally after months of training, Onestar decided Swiftstar would make a good leader one day and made him the new deputy. Many Clanmates enjoyed doing what they could to help Swiftstar and do as he said, but also had to listen to what Onestar wanted. As soon as his father died, Swiftstar was left to lead the clan on his own. He quickly found out being a leader was harder then he had thought, but somehow managed to keep his clan under control and was soon a skilled leader.
